Added the definition of P2P at the top of the piracy guide.

Small formatting changes in the piracy guides(levidia & G4U), a warning about the G4U guide having outated screenshots, updated page titles, made the links in the piracy directory open in a new tab, added links to the site mentioned in the guides(it was kinda silly to make people go back to the piracy list to get to the page), and some file re-arrangement on my end.
